Born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Victoria Rosa-Garcia has dedicated her life to empowering others through faith and storytelling. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications, Victoria’s journey began within the vibrant community of Good Shepherd Christian Church in Bridgeport, where her parents served as ministers. During her 23 years there, she took on various ministry and leadership roles, nurturing her passion for service and community.

In 2008, Victoria felt a divine calling to international missions, leading her to serve in India, Thailand, and the Dominican Republic. Upon moving to Kissimmee, Florida, she expanded her outreach by working with Trinity Broadcasting Network and Florida Hospital while leading a Children’s Performing Arts Ministry at Bethel Christian Church in Orlando. In 2013, Victoria returned to her hometown and embarked on a career in journalism, marketing, and communications. She currently applies her expertise in digital marketing and paid media at a global pharmaceutical organization and holds a Master’s in Digital Marketing from Sacred Heart University.

In August 2015, Victoria married Dominick Garcia. Together, they founded Pure Love and Health Ministries, a platform dedicated to spiritual growth and healing. In February 2016, Victoria launched Purity + Peace, a six-week women’s Bible study support group designed to help women heal from past hurts, overcome depression and anxiety, and embrace their God-given purpose. Her Bible study has reached and transformed the lives of hundreds of women, guiding them toward freedom and victory in Jesus’ name.

Currently residing in Watertown, Connecticut, with her husband DJ, and their beloved cat, Kitty Garcia, Victoria continues to share her faith journey and insights as a preacher and member of City Wide Church in Bridgeport, Connecticut, under the leadership of Pastor Luis Burgos. Her unique blend of storytelling, faith, and practical wisdom makes her an inspiring voice for women seeking to find healing and purpose.
